In order to achieve this, the Board is seeking Shareholder approval to demerge S i S (Science in Sport) Limited ("SiS") from the Provexis Group. It is proposed that this separation will be effected by way of a demerger of SiS to a new company called Science in Sport plc ("Science in Sport").
